Here is a quick guide to shopping at NORVELY e-shop. We will go through the whole process with you from the selection of goods to their order. You will experience how easy it is to shop with us yourself.
The right path to satisfaction is a careful choice.
You can find all categories of products in the top bar. By opening each category, you can gradually browse the product catalogue. To view products, you can use quick view with the "+" button, where you can easily add it to your cart.
The page of each product has its photos, descriptions and features that will help you decide. If the product is available in multiple sizes, choose the one that suits you best. Our "Size Guide" will help you with this.
For easy decision making, you can create a "Wish List" in your account and then add your favourite products via the heart button "♡" on the product page. You can also send the created list to your e-mail or to someone close to you.
You can easily add the selected product to your "Shopping Cart" by pressing "ADD TO CART". If it is not in stock, it cannot be added to the cart.
Check your selection before ordering.
Enter the shopping cart by clicking on its symbol or by pressing the button "VIEW CART" at the top right of the page.
On the cart page, you can see everything you have put in – name of the item, size, number of pieces, price of the product and the total price of the order. If you want to add more goods, use the top bar again and proceed identically as in the first step. To change the number of pieces, simply overwrite the number in the quantity box. To remove the goods from the cart, click on the cross symbol.
If you have a discount coupon, do not forget to enter it into the box "VOUCHERS". After entering the code, press "OK". The coupon is immediately activated and the discount is automatically deducted from the total price of the order. Available coupons can be found in your account under "VOUCHERS". Continue with the order by scrolling down.
Shop as a registered customer or a visitor without registration.
You can naturally buy in our shop even without registration. By registering, however, you gain benefits that a regular visitor does not have. You can save time during your purchase and get an overview of your orders. As a registered customer, we can, for example, offer you discounts on the next purchase, great deals and much more.
You can create a user account in less than a minute during an order or immediately on the "Login" page.
To register, click "CREATE AN ACCOUNT". To sign in, enter the e-mail and password you are registered with and continue with your order.
If you still wish to make a purchase without registration, click on "GUEST CHECKOUT", enter your details and proceed.
Enter the address you wish to deliver your order to.
Once you sign in or register, you will see the address you entered during registration or quick order. You can alter the address in your account by pressing "UPDATE" or remove it with the "DELETE" button. To add a new address, use the "ADD A NEW ADDRESS" button.
Fill in the addresses carefully to avoid unnecessary delivery complications. If you want to specify the delivery and billing addresses, simply add more addresses and choose which address will be billing and which for the delivery of the ordered goods.
Continue with the order by scrolling down.
Select the delivery option that suits you best.
In the second step, choose one of the offered carriers. Then tick the selected carrier. It is up to you what kind of delivery you choose.
Choose the payment method for your order.
In the third and last step of the ordering process, select the chosen payment method.
Under the delivery selection, you can add any comment to the order – specification of the address, delivery time, or a comment regarding the goods.
Finally, you must tick the box where you agree to our "Terms and Conditions" and hereby confirm that you have become acquainted with these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.
You can look forward to the purchased goods.
To complete your order, click on the "ORDER BINDING PAYMENT" button.
After you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all important information. If this does not happen, contact us at once.
We will immediately inform you about each step of the order execution, its processing and subsequent dispatch. All the time, you have a perfect overview of what is happening with your order and when you can expect to receive your goods.
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you need to contact us before it is dispatched. If necessary, we will inform you by e-mail or by phone.
You can check your order after signing into your "User Account" in the "Orders" section.
Now, everything needed is in OUR hands. As soon as we receive your order, the whole cycle from the production to delivery to YOUR hands begins.
