Why are NORVELY® bracelets exceptional?
First of all, it is a design that takes lead. We put our hearts into our bracelets. From their design to the production. We really care about the appearance and we carefully think about how to put each bracelet together. Design of each bracelet is therefore unique and gives NORVELY® its distinctive style and original design. Bracelets are made of silver beads with 925/1000 purity combined with natural stones of many kinds. We use different kinds of materials to make bracelets and they are thoroughly inspected and tested for strength and overall durability. We achieve high quality and precision manufacturing by hand. NORVELY® bracelets also have their symbolism. Their basic design comes from a Shamballa style. This interesting style originates from Asia, where the ancient Tibetans believed in the magical and healing power of their jewels. Every stone has its meaning. The overall impression of the product is emphasized by our stylishly designed box with a bracelet care guide and special bead-cleaning cloths.
Is every bracelet really a unique original?
Yes. Bracelets are made with our hands, from their design to the production. Each bracelet is handcrafted in our workshop only according to a customer’s order. Because beads are made of stones and minerals, each stone has a different structure, shade, sometimes even the colour, and so it differs from other stones. No product is therefore the same. All our bracelets are original and unique jewellery.
What materials do you use to make bracelets?
The main component is silver beads with a purity of 925/1000. Other beads are made of natural stones and minerals, which are known for their positive effects according to the type of stone. Thanks to many kinds of stones, we can offer you a wide range of goods. Bracelets are tied by hand with different materials according to the type of the bracelet. Some are tied with a high quality string that is very durable and strong. Other ones with strong elastic wire and other bracelets, for example, are tied with a leather or thread meant for sewing shoes. Therefore, each bracelet tying material is very strong and especially durable. In any case, we pay great attention to the quality of the material. We carefully select our suppliers and thoroughly test the quality of the components. Our products are not just nice-looking but also of a high-quality. Our bracelets are designed for everyday wearing and must be durable and resilient. We put great emphasis on the overall life of the bracelets.
Is the silver quality??
The silver we use to make our jewelery does not contain harmful substances such as nickel or cadmium. We regularly inspect its composition using specialized companies that focus on silver testing and control. We are also registered with the Assay Office of the Czech Republic. We use only silver 925/1000 which is also called as sterling silver.
How do I find the meaning of the stones in my bracelet?
Every stone has its meaning. Each product specifies the materials from which the bracelet is composed of and which stones were used for its production. For more on the properties and significance of the used stones, please see the "Stones & Minerals" page.

How do I shop at your store?
Shopping is really easy. We have written a complete shopping guide for you on the page "How To Buy". If you are still at your wits’ end, contact us and we will be happy to advise you.
How should I choose the right size?
Our "Size Guide" we have prepared for you will help you with this, because it is necessary to choose the right size of a bracelet so that it fits your hand perfectly. The bracelet must always be longer than the wrist girth. NORVELY® bracelets are always worn looser. That is, between the thumb and the wrist. If you are still at your wits’ end, we will be happy to advise you about the selection and possibly adjust the bracelet on request.
What if I choose the wrong size?
You do not have to worry. It may happen that your bracelet does not suit you. If you need to lengthen or shorten the bracelet, we will be happy to meet your requirements. Send the bracelet to our address with a detailed description of how exactly you want it adjusted. For example, “I need to add or remove a bead” or “adjust the size of the bracelet to 20 cm”. We will adjust the bracelet as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days of the receipt. Attach a copy of the invoice of the purchased goods. We will do most modifications for free only at the cost of postage. Bracelet adjustment can be provided free of charge only once. Learn more on the page "Repairs of Bracelets". Is it possible to exchange goods?
Yes. If your selected product does not suit you, you can of course exchange it for another one. The procedure is the same as with "Returning Goods". You will choose a different product instead of the returned product and the price difference will be settled. In case of exchange of goods, we will send you another one at no cost. So you don’t pay any postage.
I would like to have my bracelet tailored. Is it possible?
Yes. We produce each bracelet in our workshop and therefore we can customize the bracelet to suit you. It is also possible to replace some stones or components with others. It is all about your imagination. If you wish to, write or call us, we will be happy to discuss the details with you. See "Bracelet On Request" for more information.
What will the package with the bracelet be like?
From the beginning, NORVELY® has put the emphasis on detail, quality production and, of course, the overall impression. This also includes the package in which you will receive the bracelet. That is why we deliver each product in an elegant and stylish gift box, which we designed ourselves to underline the overall impression of our product. The box can also be used to store the jewel when you are not wearing it. It protects the jewel from scratches, dust and moisture and prevents tarnishing of silver beads that our bracelets contain.
How do I care for my jewel?
It does not end with the purchase! It is important to us that our bracelets would last for as long as possible, and so we also take care of easy maintenance. You do not have to worry. You will receive all the information together with the jewellery. The packaging contains a user manual, where everything is explained in detail. We also think of the right and quality care of the jewellery. Maintenance will be easy and fast for you. With your bracelet, you will also receive a special impregnated silver-cleaning cloth and a microfiber polishing cloth. So you do not have to worry about wearing your bracelet out. But beware of water or moisture, it can reduce the life of the jewellery. Protect your bracelets against abrasion and scratches. If you wish to clean and polish your bracelet perfectly and know that you cannot do it yourself, send it to our address with a detailed description and a copy of the proof of purchase. We will clean and polish your bracelet to make it look new again.
What if my bracelet gets damaged?
We understand that you will want to wear your bracelet very often, and it can easily happen that you scratch, tear or otherwise damage the bracelet by accident. Repairing the damaged parts or the whole bracelet is usually very difficult and in most cases virtually impossible. Therefore, do not place bracelets in places where damage may occur. Avoid water and dust. Always put it down so that it does not fall off, it may cause the beads to be chipped or otherwise damaged. Torn bracelet can be repaired only if there is no mechanical damage or loss of the beads and other components. If there is any damage to the bracelet, send it together with the box and a proof of purchase to our address with a detailed description of the defect. Most of the repairs will be resolved in our workshop only at the cost of postage. Bracelet repair can be provided free of charge only once per bracelet. Of course, it is also possible to replace the damaged or lost beads, as well as the string. In such case, the price then depends on the number of adjustments made and the price of the material. Is it possible to get a discount on the purchase?
Yes and not just that. In our shop, you can get a discount right on your first purchase. Just subscribe to a newsletter and exclusive offers and get immediate discount of 5% on your first purchase. Another nice surprise awaits you when you register in our store, for you can expect discount coupons and other interesting rewards as a registered customer. The subscription to the newsletter can be found on the bottom of the "Home Page" of our shop. To register in our shop, go to the "Login" page. How do I apply a discount code?
If you have a discount coupon, you can enter the code into the box "VOUCHERS" in the "Shopping Cart". After entering the code, press "OK". The coupon is immediately activated and the discount is automatically deducted from the total price of the order.
Can I order goods that are not in stock?
In this case, you will have to contact us with a query about the product. We will respond as soon as possible and agree on the details.
Do I have to be registered in order to make a purchase?
No. You can naturally buy in our shop even without registration. By registering, however, you gain benefits that a regular visitor does not have. You can save time during your purchase, get an overview of your orders and also faster customer support or you can have a wrong bracelet length adjusted. It is easier to settle a complaint or return goods with one click in your account. As a registered customer, we can offer you a discount on the next purchase, great deals and much more. If you still wish to make a purchase without registration, fill in your details during the ordering process in the "INSTANT CHECKOUT" box and continue with your order.
How can I register and enjoy the benefits?
You can create a user account in less than a minute during an order or immediately on the "Login" page. To register, enter your e-mail address and click "CREATE AN ACCOUNT". Fill in the required data and press the "SAVE" button. To sign in, enter the e-mail and password you are registered with. How long will it take to deliver the goods?
Bracelet production usually takes one to two days. On public holidays and busy days, production can overrun to 2–3 days. We, of course, try to deliver goods as soon as possible, and once the bracelet is made and carefully checked, we dispatch the entire order and pass it to the carrier. Our carriers deliver packages mostly by the second day of the receipt of the package. For more information on which carriers we offer, please see the "Delivery & Payment" page.

How do I find my order status?
When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all important information. If this does not happen, contact us at once. We will immediately inform you about each step of the order execution, its processing and subsequent dispatch. All the time, you have a perfect overview of what is happening with your order and when you can expect to receive your goods. You can also check your order after signing into your "User Account" in the "Orders" section.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you need to contact us before it is dispatched. Once the goods have been sent, it is not possible to cancel the order because the carrier has already taken the package and, of course, charges for its services. However, you can return the goods after you receive them within 30 days of the receipt.
Can I pick my order up personally?
Personal collection is not yet available.
Certificate of Authenticity and Discount Terms
The Certificate of Authenticity guarantees that you have purchased original NORVELY® jewellery. Each of our products is handmade in our workshop, and our Certificate of Authenticity guarantees that the product has been handcrafted using the highest quality materials. The Certificate number also serves as a discount code for your next purchase. The discount coupon value is based on the amount of the previous order. To apply the discount, simply enter the code on the Certificate in the "Shopping Cart" in our store. The discount code shown on the Certificate of Authenticity is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The Certificate is transferable. It can be used by a customer or visitor without registration. In case your goods are returned, the purchase contract is cancelled from the beginning together with the possibility to claim a discount by using the code shown on the Certificate.
I live outside the EU, but I would love to purchase a Norvely bracelet. Will my order get taxed?
Every country’s custom and tax rules are different, and Norvely store is in no way responsible for any taxes or customs that might be added to your order. Please refer to your country’s rules regarding customs and taxes.
Can I return the goods within 30 days without giving a reason?
Yes. Every product purchased in our shop can be returned without giving any reason within 30 days of its receipt. Please refer to the section "Returning Goods" on how to proceed in such case. Please note that the buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods to our address.
What is my warranty for the goods?
For each of our products, there is a two-year warranty from the date of sale of the product to the end user. Entitlement to the warranty applies in accordance with the applicable Civil Code. The warranty covers only defects caused by material defects or production defects. Entitlement to the warranty expires if the defect is caused by mechanical damage, thoughtless or improper use, or tampering by unauthorized persons or firms. The warranty also does not apply to parts subject to normal wear and tear and parts showing excessive wear due to improper use of the product. Complaints will be settled without undue delay no later than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the complaint. How do I handle a complaint or a return of the goods?
See the "Complaints" section for all the steps you need to take to easily make a complaint. If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, you can of course return it to us within 30 days without giving any reason, or exchange it for another one. How to return the goods correctly can be found in the section "Returning Goods". Registered customers have the option to return or complain about goods with one click in the user account.
How will a complaint repair be done?
Once you find any defect in your product after purchase, you must inform us at once. Please send the purchased product to our address with a detailed description of the defect and a proof of purchase. We will do the repair or replacement of the bracelet immediately and without unnecessary delays, no later than 30 calendar days. We will repair the bracelet or we will make a new one, alternatively we will give you a refund. Once everything is in order, we will send it back to your address. If necessary, we will inform you by e-mail or by phone. In very rare cases, it may happen that, for example, a defective bead is not available in our workshop. In that case, we will refund you immediately or we will offer you another product. Your satisfaction is very important to us. We want the bracelets to serve for a long time and make you, the wearer, as happy as possible.
