Choose how we ship your shipment. We offer a wide choice of ways of shipping and payment. Every customer can choose way of delivery according to their options. Packages are usually shipped within 48 hodin via your chosen carrier. For every carrier, we will provide you a link to tracking your package online. If you have questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
Each of you has a different wish. One wishes to make the bracelet smaller, the other to make it bigger and the third to change it. That is why we produce bracelets only according to the customer's order, to avoid unnecessary stock of surplus bracelets. The production of a bracelet usually takes 1-2 days. On holidays and busy days, production can extend to 2-3 days. Of course, we try to deliver as quickly as possible and once the bracelet is made and carefully inspected, we ship the entire order and hand it over to the carrier. Our carriers usually deliver the packages within the next day after receiving the shipment.
If you are in a real hurry, use express dispatch - you can find it in the second step of the shopping cart. We will prioritize your order, produce the products as quickly as possible and ship the same day, but no later than the next business day (not valid for wholesale customers). However, we do not guarantee the quality of the carrier's service. In these cases, we recommend choosing Czech Post - Balíkovna or Balík Do ruky, where the carrier guarantees delivery on the next working day (in the Czech Republic). This is the fastest delivery of your order.

We always wrap the orders carefully to be sure, that it is well protected. Nevertheless you shoud check your package every time! If you find any distoriton of the package or it seems, that the package was mechanical damaged, refuse to accept it or you can even open it and check it with the carrier. If the conssignment si damaged, it is necessary to write a report about the damage with carrier and let us know about it. We recommend you take some photos and send it to us. If you accept damaged consignment and then you try to complain about it, the carrier will not recognize it. We are not reponsible for damage of shippment, caused by transportation. This responsibility is delegated to the carrier and it is a reason, why it is necessary to observe these instructions.
